Job Title: Machine Operator

Job Summary

Loom Solar Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a skilled and responsible Machine Operator to operate and monitor manufacturing machinery in the production line. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth machine operations, maintaining product quality, and minimizing production downtime.

The Machine Operator will work closely with production, maintenance, and quality teams to maintain efficient production processes and ensure that all operations meet company quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

Machine Operation

• Operate and monitor production machines as per standard operating procedures.

• Set up machines before production runs including calibration and adjustments.

• Ensure machines run efficiently to meet daily production targets.

• Monitor machine parameters and make necessary adjustments during operation.

Production Support

• Load raw materials and components into machines as required.

• Ensure smooth production flow and report any issues affecting productivity.

• Assist in achieving production targets while maintaining quality standards.

Quality Control

• Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards.

• Identify defects or abnormalities and immediately report them to supervisors.

• Follow quality guidelines to reduce product defects and wastage.

Machine Maintenance

• Perform basic machine maintenance and cleaning.

• Report equipment malfunctions, breakdowns, or maintenance requirements to the maintenance team.

• Assist maintenance engineers during machine servicing if required.

Safety & Compliance

• Follow company safety policies and operating procedures.

• Ensure safe handling of equipment and materials.

• Maintain a clean and organized work environment in the production area.

• Ability to identify machine faults and operational issues .

• Attention to detail and strong focus on quality and safety .

• Good coordination and teamwork skills.

• Ability to work in shift-based factory environment .
