The
Output Team Leader
will be responsible for managing the final stage of the solar panel manufacturing process, ensuring that finished modules are properly inspected, tested, packed, and dispatched as per quality standards. The role includes supervising the output team, maintaining production records, and coordinating with production, quality, and warehouse departments.
Requirements
Supervise and manage the output line operations for finished solar modules.
Ensure final inspection, flash testing, and quality checks are completed before dispatch.
Monitor daily production output and ensure targets are achieved.
Coordinate with Quality, Production, and Warehouse teams for smooth workflow.
Ensure proper labeling, serial number recording, and documentation of modules.
Identify and report defective panels or quality issues to the quality team.
Maintain output records, reports, and production data .
Ensure proper packing and safe handling of solar panels before dispatch.
Guide and supervise operators and technicians in the output department.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and company procedures .
Benefits
4–6 years of experience in manufacturing or solar panel production.
Experience in solar module testing, inspection, or output line management preferred.
Basic knowledge of flash testing, EL testing, and solar module quality standards .
Strong team management and coordination skills .
Ability to handle production targets and reporting .
