is looking for an experienced
Business Analyst
with 7+ years of expertise in gathering, analyzing, and translating business requirements into functional specifications. The ideal candidate will work closely with stakeholders, project managers, and technical teams to ensure successful delivery of business solutions in a remote environment.
Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with business stakeholders to
gather and document requirements
, use cases, and process flows.

Translate business needs into
functional specifications and user stories
for technical teams.

Conduct
requirement workshops, stakeholder interviews, and gap analysis
.

Support solution design by providing business insights and process recommendations.

Assist in
system testing, UAT planning, and validation
of delivered solutions.

Create and maintain
business process documentation, workflows, and reporting metrics
.

Act as a liaison between business teams and IT/development teams to ensure alignment.

Track and report progress, risks, and issues to project leadership.
Qualifications & Skills
-
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field.

7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
in IT / ERP / Digital Transformation projects.

Strong expertise in
requirement gathering, process mapping, and documentation tools
.

Experience with
Agile / Scrum methodologies
.

Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to manage stakeholders across multiple time zones in a remote setup.
Nice to Have

Experience with
SAP, Oracle, or other ERP systems

Knowledge of data analytics, BI tools, or reporting solutions.

Business Analyst certifications (
CBAP, CCBA, or Agile BA
).
