About the position
Mindspace is seeking a highly driven and entrepreneurial Business Operations Manager to be a force multiplier for our revenue growth. This strategic, high-impact role will focus on identifying, incubating, and scaling new revenue-generating initiatives while simultaneously optimizing the performance and growth of existing products.
Reporting directly to VP of Products & Business, you will be driving initatives from concept through to full-scale execution and revenue generation, working collaboratively across all levels and geographies of the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
I. Strategic Initiative Identification & Incubation
- Opportunity Sourcing: Proactively identify and evaluate white-space opportunities, new product ideas, and potential growth vectors that align with Mindspace's strategy and revenue targets.
- Business Case Development: Create rigorous business plans, financial models, and operational roadmaps for selected initiatives to secure internal alignment and resources.
- Incubation & Execution: Act as the project lead to develop and incubate approved concepts, managing the entire lifecycle from pilot program to initial launch and full-scale implementation.
- Revenue Accountability: Directly own the successful launch and initial revenue growth of all newly incubated initiatives.
II. Existing Product Optimization & Growth
- Performance Deep Dive: Analyze the performance of existing revenue-generating products, identifying friction points, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement (e.g., pricing, positioning, operational flow).
- Optimization Strategy: Develop and implement strategies and operational improvements to significantly enhance the revenue, efficiency, and customer experience of current offerings.
- Growth Driver: Work cross-functionally to execute growth campaigns and initiatives aimed at maximizing the profitability and market penetration of established products.
III. Cross-Functional Operations & Execution
- Global Project Management: Drive end-to-end execution of strategic projects, ensuring alignment and seamless communication across HQ teams and international field teams.
- Stakeholder Alignment: Act as the critical interface and revenue driver, coordinating the efforts of Marketing, Finance, Revenue Operations (RevOps), and Legal to ensure project success.
- International Collaboration: Work closely with our US, European, and Israeli country teams to understand local market needs, implement global strategies effectively, and track localized revenue performance.
- Operational Excellence: Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics for all initiatives, providing regular, data-driven updates and reporting to executive leadership.

Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in a high-growth, operational, or strategy-focused role (e.g., Business Operations, Consulting, Strategy & Operations, VC’s, or Head of Staff).
- Proven experience in identifying, building, and scaling new business initiatives or products from 0-to-1.
- Demonstrated ability to use data and financial modeling to drive strategic decision-making and measure initiative success.
- Exceptional cross-functional leadership and project management skills; capable of driving execution and results without formal direct-report authority.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and align stakeholders at all levels, across different cultures and functions (HQ to international teams).
- A highly entrepreneurial mindset - proactive, resourceful, results-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
- Ability to travel to Europe and the USA
