Innovien Solutions is seeking a Director of Product Marketing to enhance their product positioning and launch new offerings. The role involves shaping product narratives, leading launch execution, and mentoring future team members while collaborating with various departments to drive customer value.
Responsibilities:
- This individual will be reporting into the VP of Product Marketing where they will play a significant hand in shaping the PMM function through hiring and mentoring junior team members as the team scales
- Lead end-to-end GTM planning for product releases and feature launches (Define ICPs, readiness checklists, success metrics, and communication plans)
- Develop clear value propositions and messaging frameworks for platform and features by translating complex capabilities into compelling stories for banks and credit unions
- Create customer-ready assets: pitch decks, one-pagers, feature sheets, battlecards, demo flows
- Collaborate with cross functional teams, driving alignment across Product, Sales, Customer Success, and agency partners to understand customer needs and adoption gaps
- Work with Product/Engineering teams on things such as: API limitations, Data flows, Compliance constraints, System dependencies
- Responsible for managing agency partners for design, content, research, and creative needs
- Ensure consistency across website, collateral, and external-facing materials
- Drive strategy through your executive presence and effective communication skills with key stake holders and leadership
Requirements:
- 10+ years launching and positioning products in the enterprise (1,000+ employees) B2B fintech space
- 5 years' experience in a leadership role leading and developing product marketing teams
- Digital business banking experience (i.e. account management, money movement, cash management, treasury services, etc)
- Strong technical aptitude and ability to understand technical product architecture at a high level and translate technical features into business outcomes
- Working knowledge of Agile product principles
- Proven success leading end-to-end GTM planning for product releases and feature launches
- Expertise in competitive intelligence, market analysis, persona development, and influencing product roadmaps
- Strong analytical and storytelling skills—able to simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences
- Experience with Marketo
