Diverse Lynx is seeking a compassionate and highly motivated Tax Customer Service Representative with strong communication skills. In this role, you will assist customers with preparing their tax returns and ensure a smooth handoff to the tax filing team.
Responsibilities:
- Assist customers who need help with tax preparation services
- Answer customer inquiries and provide clear guidance regarding the process
- Gather required information and documentation from customers
- Create detailed notes to ensure a seamless transition to the tax preparation team
- Deliver high-quality customer interactions that build trust and confidence
- Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions
- Work toward achieving company KPIs and performance goals
- Participate in pilot programs, testing initiatives, and other projects as required
Requirements:
- Minimum High School Diploma or GED
- At least 1+ year of customer service experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to handle customer inquiries professionally and empathetically
- Comfortable working in a remote environment and managing tasks independently
