Senior Executive Recruiter (Full Desk – Engineering & Tech)

Analytic Recruiting Inc. is seeking a high-performing Full Desk Engineering Recruiter to join their team. In this role, you will manage the entire recruitment lifecycle from business development to placing top-tier engineering talent.

Responsibilities:

• Business Development: Proactively identify, prospect, and secure new client partnerships within the Technology and Fintech sectors
• Account Management: Act as the primary point of contact for your clients, consult on hiring strategies, and negotiate fee agreements
• Full-Cycle Recruiting: Source, headhunt, and vet elite Software Engineers and Technical Leaders using advanced Boolean search, networking, and social selling
• Market Expert: Stay ahead of trends in the engineering landscape (e.g., AI/ML, Blockchain, Cloud Infrastructure) to provide expert guidance to both clients and candidates
• Placement Management: Manage the interview process, facilitate offers, and ensure a seamless onboarding experience

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3+ years of experience specifically recruiting for Engineering and Software Development roles
• Proven success within the Technology or Fintech verticals
• Demonstrated ability to 'bring your own business' and fill the roles you land
• Exceptional negotiation skills and the ability to interface with CTOs, VPs of Engineering, and HR leaders
• Highly disciplined and capable of managing a remote desk without micro-management
