Madrivo is a startup focused on performance marketing, partnering with enterprise companies to drive business growth. The Search Marketing Manager will execute strategies for paid search accounts, optimize landing pages, and analyze data to deliver results for agency clients.
Responsibilities:
- Direct ownership of paid search accounts
- Daily monitoring, bid optimization, ad copy testing, and performance management to hit strict client KPIs
- Tailor campaigns to the specific needs of the Insurance vertical, ensuring compliance and high-quality lead flow for carriers and IMOs
- Proactively identify opportunities to scale accounts and test new channels (Paid Social, Programmatic)
- Drive the process to conceptualize, build, test, and optimize landing pages in collaboration with dev teams
- Brief and manage freelance designers and writers to create high-converting assets that meet the "Madrivo Agency Standard."
- Dig into data from multiple sources—ours and the client's—to identify opportunities and bottlenecks across the entire funnel
- Build sophisticated dashboards and deliver insights that translate complex data into clear strategic direction
Requirements:
- 5+ years of hands-on Google Ads management, ideally managing $1M+ in annual spend with proven performance
- 5+ years working in roles that included landing page optimization or other full-funnel marketing functions
- You have exceptionally strong problem-solving skills and can think critically on your feet
- You translate data into compelling narratives for CMOs and can be the technical expert in client-facing conversations
- You thrive in startup environments where you take strategy and independently piece together the execution
- Advanced skills in GA4, conversion tracking, and attribution. You're obsessed with metrics and continuous optimization
- Previous experience in Insurance or Financial Services is a major plus
- You've worked closely with sales teams and understand performance beyond upper-funnel KPIs
- You've thrived in startups or high-growth environments where you handled both the creative brief and the bid adjustment
- You document wins and create repeatable systems that help teams scale
