UST is a mission-driven company that transforms lives through the power of technology. They are seeking a SmartOps Senior Marketing Manager to shape the go-to-market strategies for their solutions, focusing on customer needs and collaboration with sales and marketing teams.
Responsibilities:
- Drive messaging, content, and campaign strategies focused on customer buying needs
- Develop and implement go-to-market strategies and campaigns in collaboration with regional sales and marketing teams
- Conduct research on target personas, buyer needs, and decision-making processes
- Own and develop CyberProof s point of view and messaging
- Work closely with global security operations and analyst teams
- Develop compelling presentations, webinars, whitepapers, videos, and other materials
- Define and build programs to increase awareness and adoption
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of success in marketing and/or (preferably) product marketing roles
- Technical orientation, preferably with preferably at least 3 years' experience with cybersecurity vendors
- Experience working with cloud service providers (Google, Microsoft, and/or AWS)
- Strong passion for product positioning and messaging
- Outstanding writing and communication skills with English at native-level proficiency
- Ability to conduct market, competitor, and customer research
- Experience in creating value propositions and messaging strategies
- Proven ability to build pipeline for new offerings and upsell programs
- Hands-on experience with events, trade shows, webinars, and good presentation skills
