Knowledge Services is currently seeking a full-time Customer Service Representative (CSR - Benefits Outreach). The role involves educating recipients about program offerings, assisting with managed care choices, and cultivating relationships with various stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Educate recipients about the Pathways Program offerings and enrollment options
- Introduce managed care choices to recipients and aid in navigating health care and dental plans
- Cultivate positive relationships with county staff, state agencies, community groups, and recipients
- Input data directly into specified internal automated systems following project policies
- Develop and sustain familiarity with the community, actively participating in local events, health fairs, and related activities as required
- Support fellow team members in managing and completing daily tasks
- Role primarily entails working closely with pathways members/applicants whom are 60 years and older and need a lot of assistance navigating and understanding their benefits and access to said benefits
Requirements:
- Must reside in the state of Indiana
- High School Diploma or GED required and 12+ months of relevant professional experience required, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Background check required
- Remote call center experience preferred
- Medicaid/FSSA programs knowledge preferred
- Experience working with the elderly population preferred
