Rygen Technologies is seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Operations & Content Manager to own and execute their digital marketing engine. This role involves managing and optimizing digital properties, driving demand generation, and supporting sales initiatives through effective content creation and campaign management.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the internal expert for HubSpot (CRM, CMS, workflows, automation, reporting)
- Manage and optimize website performance, landing pages, and CMS updates
- Develop content and graphic direction for both organic and paid campaigns
- Manage prospecting tools to support outbound initiatives
- Maintain CRM hygiene, segmentation, and data integrity
- Build and optimize campaigns
- Support ABM and demand generation initiatives in partnership with Sales
- Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance and pipeline impact
- Create compelling content that directly supports sales and revenue generation
- Develop marketing and sales collateral (one-pagers, presentations, case studies, email copy)
- Own and execute social media content strategy
- Align messaging and campaigns to growth objectives and target accounts
- Design graphics and digital marketing assets
- Produce visual content for campaigns, website, presentations, and collateral
- Maintain brand consistency across all digital properties
- Partner closely with Sales, Product, and Leadership to align marketing initiatives with business objectives
- Support additional digital and growth-focused marketing initiatives as needed
- Continuously identify opportunities to improve performance, reporting, and processes
