dormakaba Americas is a leading global provider in the access solutions market, seeking a Product Marketing Manager for their Access Control and Identity Management team. This role involves leading product positioning and Go-To-Market strategies for new offerings, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive brand growth and customer engagement.
Responsibilities:
- Create business plans that identify segment growth potential to build a competitive advantage
- Build strategies that drive emerging product growth and drive business in new markets leveraging our existing and emerging strategic partnerships
- Manage the development of Go-To-Market strategies for new product launches, including market research, competitive analysis, and customer insights
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, engineers, and product teams to develop product positioning to develop marketing campaigns to sell the product
- Engage with customers and business development to build a pipeline for growing this business in the Americas
Requirements:
- 3+ years' experience in product marketing or product management
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field or equivalent
- Travel – up to 50% (at times)
- Data Center or Critical Infrastructure experience
- Electronics experience
- Software experience
- Security/Access Control experience
- Customer facing experience
