MGM Resorts International is looking for an Associate Product Manager to support the development of digital solutions that address critical customer problems and business opportunities. In this role, the individual will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify customer needs, shape product features, and deliver engaging experiences for guests.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate cross-functionally with stakeholders across MGM to identify high-value opportunities that address key customer needs while driving measurable business impact
- Partner with finance, analytics, and operational teams to develop business cases for new initiatives, using data-driven insights to support strategic discussions and define clear success metrics with stakeholders
- Contribute thought leadership on emerging technologies and capabilities that can enable product features to scale and enhance the overall guest experience
- Work closely with the Senior Product Manager, architecture, and program teams to identify and manage dependencies, risks, and trade-offs, helping maintain an efficient, value-driven product roadmap aligned with MGM’s financial objectives
- Collaborate with product, engineering, design, and operational partners to deliver thoughtful, customer-focused features that create intuitive, seamless, and memorable user experiences
- Take ownership of feature quality and performance by leading user testing efforts and establishing KPI monitoring with QA and analytics partners, continuously optimizing toward product goals, customer needs, and operational excellence
Requirements:
- 1+ years of relevant experience, ideally within the hospitality, e-commerce, entertainment, or gaming industries
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, with the ability to use data and presentations to support product decisions
- Experience working with high-performing product teams and contributing to initiatives that take products from vision through launch and measurable impact
- Working knowledge of product management and analytics tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Adobe Analytics, with the ability to use them to track development, document requirements, and measure performance
- Strong technical, business, or design foundation combined with analytical thinking, effective communication skills, and the ability to collaborate across teams to define requirements, solve problems, and deliver high-quality customer experiences
- Familiarity with e-commerce optimization, digital experiences, or i-gaming environments is a plus
