Wellnite is scaling its Employer Mental Health Benefits division and is seeking a high-performing Senior Enterprise Sales Executive to originate and close large employer contracts nationwide. This remote, commission-only role is designed for experienced sellers of mental health benefits and offers autonomy and uncapped earning potential.
Responsibilities:
- Generate and develop your own enterprise pipeline (cold outbound required)
- Prospect HR leaders, CHROs, CFOs, and Benefits Directors
- Position Wellnite as a mental health benefits partner
- Run full-cycle enterprise sales from first outreach through close
- Negotiate and close multi-year employer agreements
Requirements:
- Enterprise employer sales experience (6–7 figure contracts)
- Background in mental health benefits, behavioral health, EAP, healthcare SaaS, or HR technology
- Experience selling to CHROs and Benefits leaders
- Proven outbound prospecting ability
- Strong negotiation and executive communication skills
