CareCru is a fast-growing SaaS platform for modern dental practices seeking to enhance patient experiences. The Sales Lead will own the full sales cycle for Canadian SMB Dental Practices, focusing on building relationships and driving revenue growth.
Responsibilities:
- Own the full sales cycle and annual revenue targets
- You build it. Cold outreach, warm leads, referrals, events
- From prospecting through discovery, demo, proposal, negotiation, and close
- You'll map your market, identify the best-fit practices, and work a smart, consistent strategy to penetrate them
- Keep HubSpot tight and use CRM insights to forecast accurately, identify bottlenecks, and pivot strategies in real-time
- Share what you're hearing in the field with product and marketing so we get better together
