The Regional/Field Marketing Manager is responsible for executing the regional marketing plan, leading wholesaler marketing communication, and developing customized media plans to support sales objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Execute regional marketing plan
- Lead Wholesaler marketing communication
- Develop customized media plans with wholesalers
- Champion Brand Standards and National Marketing Plan
- Adopt and adapt US playbook for local markets, performance reporting, and agency roster management
- Execution of how the MABI National Marketing Playbook comes to life in the region
- Influence Sales A&P, Wholesaler Funded Marketing Activities
- Veto In Market Execution
- Critical Relationships Regional Sales Enablement & Finance
- Field Sales, Brand Commercialization, Consumer Connection
- Regional Growth Planning, Experiential Playbooks & Calendars, Brand Budgeting & Strategic Platform Development
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree & 4-6 years of experience of Marketing experience in Alc/Bev or CPG
- Experience with 360 Marketing (Regional Media Planning, A&P Planning, and Events & Sponsorships)
- Proven ability to think creatively, coupled with strong analytical and project management skills
