FONpros is a trusted leader in alternative business funding, seeking an inbound Sales Development Representative to manage a portfolio of existing clients. The role focuses on deepening client relationships while securing renewal business and identifying new growth opportunities.
Responsibilities:
- Proactively engage with clients approaching renewal dates to explore refinancing, renewal, and additional funding opportunities
- Identify and present additional financing solutions that support business growth goals
- Serve as the primary point of contact for your clients and providing updates, answering questions, and building trust
- Guide clients through the renewal process
- Track pipeline activity and customer interactions using Salesforce
- Meet or exceed monthly renewal, retention, and upsell targets
Requirements:
- 1+ years of experience in account management, renewals, SDR, or B2B sales
- Proven success in high-volume, transactional sales environments
- Strong relationship management and negotiation skills
- Tech-savvy with CRM experience
- Hunter mentality – comfortable prospecting through large database
- Self-starter with exceptional communication and time management skills
- Able to thrive in a fully remote, fast-paced environment
- Salesforce experience preferred
