Baron Contracting is a California-based construction company seeking an Inside Sales Representative/Account Manager. This role is responsible for developing and maintaining business relationships with clients, selling construction services, and implementing successful sales strategies.
Responsibilities:
- This role entails selling construction services
- Increase client-base by identifying potential leads, crafting proposals, and implementing successful sales strategies
- Exhibit thorough understanding of our company and its offerings while consistently demonstrating its value to not only current but potential clients
- Build contact lists of potential leads
- Cold calling
- Bring deals to close
- Produce proposals for customers
Requirements:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, account management, or a similar role is crucial
- Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
- Proven track record of success
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, along with the ability to pitch to both small and large audiences
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to manage multiple accounts effectively and maintain attention to detail
- A Bachelor's degree is preferred
