Direct Meds LLC is a fast-growing healthcare startup providing patients with affordable telemedicine prescriptions. They are seeking a Customer Service Representative to assist customers in a high-volume telemedicine environment, requiring clear communication and the ability to multitask across multiple platforms.
Responsibilities:
- Handle high inbound call volumes with empathy and professionalism
- Multitask efficiently across multiple platforms while actively engaging with patients
- Explain processes, timelines, and next steps clearly
- Identify patient concerns and route to appropriate solutions or escalation
- Work across multiple platforms and internal systems
- Collaborate with Nursing, Provider, Pharmacy, and Support teams
- Maintain HIPAA compliance, documentation, and privacy standards
- Adapt to frequent process changes and product launches
Requirements:
- Customer service experience in a fast-paced environment, one year experience preferred
- Must be able to multitask and manage multiple platforms simultaneously
- Comfortable handling high call volumes
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Healthcare or telemedicine experience a plus
- Startup or rapid-growth experience preferred
- Spanish Bilingual candidates encouraged
