Sales Operations Coordinator

Alliance Optix is looking for a highly organized Sales Operations Coordinator to support their growing sales team. This role is critical in managing quoting, deal registrations, and coordinating between the sales team and vendor partners.

Responsibilities:

• Handle sales quotes and pricing requests
• Process deal registrations with vendor partners
• Create quotes and product configurations
• Work within vendor and channel partner programs
• Provide operational support to sales representatives
• Assist with reporting and administrative coordination for leadership
• Maintain accurate records in Excel and other Microsoft Office tools
