Solutions Engineer

The Solutions Engineer role is responsible for driving solution-led order growth and enhancing organizational capability in Global Solution Enablement, focusing on modernizing solutions and partnerships.

Responsibilities:

• Drive Topline Solution Orders
• Enable deeper solution engagement and value-add into customers’ critical workflows, leveraging Keysight's portfolio, technical depth in the customer applications and applying best practices
• Activate global network for repeatable solution plays, thinking beyond just one-off solutions, to enhance delivery efficiency and scale in the future
• Onboard Solution Partners for both growing business/funnel and delivery, via existing network and hunting new partners, especially enticing those that are waning on their solution partner relationship with competitors
• Accelerate Spirent into Classic Keysight opportunities & Keysight into Spirent opportunities through key partnerships internally and externally
• Institutionalize Secure Software Design Framework Transformation Drive secure-by-design solution architecture transformation ensure key EU-CRA milestones are achieved on time and eliminate risk to order/revenue
• Compliance-ready reference architectures
• Vulnerability-managed solution templates & processes
• Increase Organizational Capability Institutionalize solution-architecture best practices and structured mentorship to ensure Global Solution Enablement has the skill transformation and modernized workflows necessary for the future
• Stronger bench strength to drive towards increasing SE to SA matriculation, through direct mentorship
• Faster ramp of next-gen SEs, by partnering with university feeder programs and partnerships
• Cross-functional exposure across product & sales
• Drive AI skill awareness through collaboration with other Keysight AI initiatives
• Reduced solution development cycle time by driving visibility to tools and via collaboration with university teams

Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience in software go-to-market related to Keysight Test Automation
• 5+ years of solution engineering experience
• Proven experience managing complex SOW's, multi-year enterprise agreements
• Proven experience in proposals dealing with legal/IP, regulatory, and software compliance and vulnerability management
• Demonstrated ability to build partnerships internally and externally
