Business Analyst

Stash Talent Services is seeking a Business Analyst to support their client's team in Oahu. This role will partner with business stakeholders and technical teams to analyze business needs, document requirements, and support the delivery of technology and process improvements.

Responsibilities:

• Work with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements
• Translate business needs into functional specifications and user stories
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, developers, and QA teams
• Support project planning, implementation, and process improvement initiatives
• Facilitate meetings, workshops, and stakeholder discussions to clarify requirements
• Assist in testing activities including user acceptance testing (UAT)
• Document workflows, business processes, and system functionality
• Monitor project progress and communicate updates to stakeholders

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 3+ years of experience in a Business Analyst or similar role
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience gathering and documenting business requirements
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with both business and technical teams
• Experience supporting healthcare related systems
• Familiarity with Agile or Scrum methodologies
• Experience with requirement documentation tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar platforms
• Experience with process mapping and workflow analysis
