About the Role

We are seeking a Healthcare Partnerships Associate who thrives in ambiguity and draws energy from building the relationships that drive our mission forward. In this role, you are directly responsible for the growth of “sold” providers and the subsequent patient demand and starts within your territory. This is a high-velocity, "boots-on-the-ground" sales position requiring you to be in the field at least three days per week. You will own the full sales cycle—leveraging provided lead lists to drive aggressive outbound sourcing, consulting, and closing providers. You will be responsible for all in-person selling and relationship management for accounts within a 2.5-hour radius of your major metro area, while maintaining remote selling strategies for assigned accounts outside that immediate geography. Because of the heavy local travel requirements, candidates must reside in the Greater Chicago Area to be considered for this role.

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years experience carrying a quota in outbound sales, account management, or business development serving the healthcare industry.

• A proven track record of top 25% performance and exceeding annual quotas for >75% of your sales career.

• 1+ years self-sourcing at least 50% of deals through outbound channels, including cold calling.

• Currently residing in the Greater Chicago area.

• Ability to be in the field at least 3 days per week within your designated geography and manage in-person selling within a 2.5-hour radius of your metro.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Experience managing customer relationships and complex deals in a CRM tool.

Preferred Qualifications

While having the preferred qualifications enhances your candidacy, having all of them is not mandatory. We encourage all interested applicants to apply, even those who may not meet every preferred requirement.

• Proficiency applying curiosity and experimentation to solve ambiguous problems.

• Experience selling to a variety of personas in healthcare or health systems, from individual contributor users to executive decision makers.

• Ability to build and scale repeatable processes for driving growth.

• Experience selling at a startup and taking a business from 0 to 1.

• Been promoted internally in previous sales role(s).
