We have an opening for a Senior Compensation Analyst. This role can be based in the following cities.
Position Summary:
As the Senior Compensation Analyst for DLR Group you’ll serve as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert on compensation programs and practices, playing a critical role in shaping how the organization attracts, retains, and rewards talent. In this role, you’ll independently lead comprehensive compensation analyses, provide thoughtful, data-driven recommendations on pay decisions, and partner closely with HR Business Partners and business leaders to support competitive, equitable, and compliant compensation outcomes. As the owner of key compensation processes, you’ll apply sound judgment in complex and nuanced situations while contributing to the continuous improvement of compensation programs, tools, and practices.
Our Human Resources team has been a rapidly growing discipline at DLR Group over the last five years and in this new role you’ll help pave the way in continuing to mature our HR function. The suggested pay range for this position is:
