Role Overview
Execute high-volume cold calling, emailing, and in-person canvassing within an assigned geographic territory, including research of local businesses, corporations, community organizations, churches, colleges, and universities.
Generate catering sales by securing new clients and conducting follow-up outreach to gather feedback and strengthen relationships.
Support Area Managers and General Managers with catering order implementation as needed.
Build, develop, and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients.
Stay informed on market trends and competitor activity, providing timely insights and updates to the organization.
Complete and submit all administrative tasks accurately and on schedule.
Foster strong working relationships with restaurant team members to support seamless execution of catering operations.
Participate in daily, weekly, and monthly department meetings through Microsoft Teams.
Requirements
1-3+ years of catering sales experience preferred.
High School Diploma.
Strong interpersonal skills, including excellent presentation ability.
Creative and innovative personality with a strong motivational drive.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 and Outlook (Email and Calendar).
Ability to interact professionally and appropriately with team members, guests and clients.
