The GSG Configuration team, within the Global Servicing Enablement & Control (GSEC) organization, is part of a global organization who shapes the future of Global Services (GS) by enabling ways to fully leverage our existing footprint and identify strategies to evolve our footprint, creating a resilient and flexible servicing network.
For this exciting role, we are seeking a high achiever with a strategic mindset, entrepreneurial spirit, and passion for the customer. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a global team of project managements and analysts to provides insights, strategic partnering, and disciplined delivery to our GS partners.
How will you make an impact in this role?
Manage confidential structural initiatives through expert project and change management
Create compelling business cases, including cost benefit analysis, ensuring all financials are aligned and tracked
Projects will be cross-functional in nature requiring close collaboration with a variety of business partners, Technologies, Compliance, CEG, CLR, Finance, GS Operations and Support teams.
Partner closely with leaders across GS to continually identify new opportunities and execute on initiatives to support overall longer-term business objectives.
Ensure a rigorous control management and project documentation plan for the initiatives and develop communications including project plans, status reports, risk assessments, business requirements, implementation reviews and project presentations.
Ensure that all legal and regulatory controls are central to everything we do when implementing the structural/reengineering initiatives.
Provide timely and frequent feedback to members of the project team to ensure decisions are made, and issues resolved in a timely manner.
Provide support to colleagues for their training and development and engage to elevate their learning experience.
Minimum Qualifications
Demonstrated success in large-scale program management experience including migration of processes across locations and/or business units
7 years demonstrated experience in program/project management
Robust track record of delivering global and/or regional projects from inception to completion.
Demonstrated ability to operate in a highly confidential environment and maintain integrity of non-disclosure agreements.
Extremely organized with high attention to detail and ability to prioritize appropriately and manage several deliverables at once.
Ability to work under aggressive timelines, operate in an autonomous environment, and know when to escalate as appropriate.
Strong ability to build & leverage relationships with our stakeholders, while influencing partners effectively.
Ability to challenge upwards and influence without direct authority, knowing when to escalate to ensure alignment and timely completion of projects.
Demonstrated ability to effectively manage portfolio of multiple projects/programs simultaneously.
Experience with financial reserve process.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, clear and confident communication style with ability to engage with senior executives to garner credibility and sponsorship.
Strong financial acumen, preferably related to service delivery decisions.
Ability to work on a global scale and work out of hours as it may be required of this global role.
Advanced PowerPoint, Excel, and SharePoint skills.

AXP employees will maintain their current salary and may be eligible for a completion bonus at the end of the temporary work assignment. The completion bonus is up to 5% base salary for laterals in band and up to 10% base salary for stretch assignments. The completion bonus amount will also be pro-rated to reflect the length of the assignment.
