
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
EDUCATION, CERTIFICATION, AND/OR LICENSURE:
1. Bachelor’s degree in business administration with major in Accounting or Finance.
EXPERIENCE:
1. Seven (7) year of experience in healthcare finance with a focus on decision support and financial forecasting.
2. Five (5) years of management experience.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

1. Master’s of Business Administration (MBA) or Certified Public Accountant (CPA).

1. Directs and coordinates financial proformas and financial forecasting for all system hospitals.
2. Oversees financial reporting for all signature lines. Coordinates with senior leadership, physician leadership and signature program leadership.
3. Ensures analytics and reporting tools are aligned with organizational business objectives to meet information needs.
4. Works with leadership to ensure that reports, analyses, measures and dashboards are outcome driven.
5. Oversees analytic project management, data modeling and statistical reporting.
6. Plans, designs and implements financial and decision support analytic tools
7. Interacts with leadership, prepares communications and presentations. Recognized as an analytics expert.
8. Leads and participates in complex data modeling.
9. Provides leadership and direction to professional staff, including development and performance assessment.
10. Provides leadership and support in performance improvement activities for both the department and all system hospitals.
11. Works with and leads cross functional teams to analyze programs and provide strategic direction.
12. Coordinates departmental operations and communicates effectively with all system CFO’s
13. Provides direction, expertise, and leadership for decision support and financial analytics staff. Selects qualified personnel and provides for their on-going training and development. Assures that duties, responsibilities, and authority of each job are clearly defined and communicated.
