The Business Analyst will support reporting, analytical, system, and CRM activities within the Sensors Global Sales Operations department, focusing on CRM initiatives, KPI analysis, and dashboard maintenance.
Responsibilities:
- Support a variety of CRM initiatives including opportunity within the Sensors instance of Sales Force.Com (SFDC)
- Create informative, actionable and repeatable reporting that highlights relevant business trends and opportunities for improvement
- Provide detailed analysis for Sensor Key Performance Indicators, proactively identifying root causes of KPI changes
- Assist with SFDC opportunity pipeline reviews as it relates to meeting preparation, tracking of performance vs. goals and follow-up on critical actions
- Solve ad-hoc requirements for reporting of sales, orders, margin, forecasts and backlog as requested by colleagues in Sales, Product Management, Finance and other functional areas within TESS
- Design and maintain dashboards for Sales, Product management, and Executive Leadership
- Provide training and support for reporting and business intelligence tools
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT or Finance
- Employment Experience: 1-3 years
- Strong analytical skills with strong attention to detail
- Proficiency in MS Office
- CRM knowledge or experience helpful
- Ability to translate business questions to analytical solutions and insights
- Knowledge of data visualization principles is a must
- Organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
- Diligent and meets critical deadlines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels
