Wysa is a global leader in AI-powered mental health support, helping millions of people improve their mental wellbeing through evidence-based digital tools and care services. They are seeking a Director of Business Development & Strategic Partnerships to help scale their U.S. behavioral health partnerships business by identifying growth channels and executing strategic initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Identify potential strategies for generating new partnership opportunities and design structured pilots to test them
- Run early-stage pilots for promising strategies
- Evaluate the performance of each initiative by analyzing: Meetings generated, Qualified opportunities created, Conversion rates, Cost per opportunity, Scalability of each channel
- Once a strategy proves effective, you will build systems to scale it
Requirements:
- Generating new business opportunities through outreach or partnerships
- Designing or launching new business development initiatives
- Running experiments to test new growth channels
- Building early-stage pipelines before formal sales processes exist
- Personally sourced new partnership or customer opportunities through outreach, conferences, or relationship networks
- Built or managed early-stage pipelines where structured BD processes did not yet exist
- Designed and launched new outreach or partnership initiatives to test potential growth channels
- Run pilot programs or experiments to evaluate which strategies produce qualified leads
- Used metrics to evaluate which channels generate the highest-quality opportunities
- Developed repeatable playbooks that allowed successful strategies to scale
- Worked in healthcare, digital health, or other complex B2B environments where partnerships drive growth
