Sigma Decom is building a network-driven asset recovery platform across the HVAC, mechanical, and data center ecosystem. They are seeking a high-level operator to establish Master Services Agreements (MSAs) with various industry partners, focusing on creating a controlled pipeline for equipment disposition.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and secure MSA partnerships across the HVAC ecosystem
- Re-engage past employers, clients, and industry relationships
- Position our firm as the 'first call' for equipment disposition
- Structure agreements that capture scrap, resale, and buyout opportunities
- Work with contractors to simplify their workflow (we handle everything post-removal)
- Develop long-term partner pipelines instead of one-off transactions
Requirements:

- Experience with Trane, Carrier, JCI, Daikin, York, Lennox, Emerson / Vertiv, ABB, Schneider Electric, Watsco, Ferguson, Winsupply, Manufacturer rep firms
- Data center infrastructure or cooling
- Facility engineering or plant operations
- Industrial / pharmaceutical facilities
- Cannabis grow operations (HVAC-heavy environments)
- Decommissioning or demolition coordination
