Healthcare Business Analyst

Raas Infotek is seeking a Healthcare Business Analyst to generate insights from data and present them to senior leadership. The role involves collaborating with the Reporting and Analytics team to produce necessary reports and supporting healthcare stakeholders with analytical solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Act as a strategic partner to healthcare stakeholders and internal sales teams, translating business needs into analytical solutions
• Design and implement analytics solutions to support Contact Center, Sales Analytics, customer engagement, and market expansion strategies
• Develop dashboards, reports, and KPIs to monitor sales trends, engagement metrics, and campaign effectiveness
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT, data engineering, and sales operations to deliver scalable solutions
• Analyze healthcare data (KPIF, Medicare, Medicaid etc.) to identify patterns, opportunities, and risks
• Provide insights to optimize sales targeting, territory planning, and customer segmentation
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations (HIPAA, HITECH) and data governance standards
• Support the implementation of CRM systems, data integration platforms, and analytics tools

Requirements:

• 15+ Experience
• Healthcare BA/Data Analyst with Tableau/SQL
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Systems, Healthcare Informatics, Business Analytics, or related field
• 10+ years of experience in technical consulting, with significant exposure to healthcare organizations
• 5+ years of experience in business analysis and analytics roles, preferably supporting sales or commercial teams
• Strong proficiency in SQL (Data Bricks), Excel, and Power BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Qlik)
• Experience with healthcare data standards (HL7, FHIR, ICD-10, CPT) and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce)
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills
• Healthcare domain experience is preferred
