System Pavers is the nation’s leading outdoor remodeling company, and they are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join their growing team. The role involves handling customer inquiries, scheduling appointments, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication.
Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer related phone inquiries and ensure that any questions or issues are resolved promptly, professionally, and thoroughly
- Schedule appointments between customers and our design consultants
- Confirm scheduled appointments
- Respond to email correspondence from customers and internal team members
- Stay up to date with all company procedures/ protocol pertaining to the call center
Requirements:
- Self-motivated: You're driven by your desire to accomplish goals that have been set out in front of you and the opportunity to provide world class customer service
- Great Communicator: You excel in both verbal and written communications
- Personable: You're known for your ability to display your expertise in a positive and understandable manner
- Customer service/phone presence
- Ability to type at least 50 WPM
- Bilingual - English & Spanish
