They are seeking a highly skilled Operational Business Analyst to leverage AI-driven workforce analytics to optimize labor costs and operational efficiency, providing actionable insights to improve performance.
Responsibilities:
- Analyse dashboards and extract raw workforce data to uncover trends in premium pay, overtime, and labour cost exposure
- Interpret AI-generated insights and translate them into actionable operational recommendations
- Partner closely with scheduling managers, operations leaders, and manufacturing stakeholders to understand operational drivers behind anomalies
- Conduct root cause analysis and facilitate solution brainstorming to reduce labour cost variance
- Provide recommendations that directly influence operational strategy and efficiency improvements
Requirements:
- 5+ years' experience as an Operational Business Analyst, ideally in operational environments such as manufacturing, healthcare, or food & beverage
- Strong proficiency in dashboard analysis, workforce data interpretation, and reporting
- Proven ability to conduct root cause analysis, gather requirements, and present actionable findings
- Comfortable collaborating with operations stakeholders to implement meaningful change
- Six Sigma Black Belt preferred
