Founding Engineer / Technical Co-Founder (AI + SaaS)

Operator Laboratory is building Operator Labs AI, a persistent AI operating system for founders focused on distribution, GTM, and scaling. They are seeking a technical co-founder to take ownership of the entire technical stack and build the core AI + SaaS platform end-to-end.

Responsibilities:

• Building the core AI + SaaS platform end-to-end
• Designing the memory + state machine
• Implementing LLM orchestration + context injection
• Shipping a production MVP fast
• Owning infra, data pipelines, and deployments
• Building the training + feedback loop
