Sales Development Representative - Membership Sales

The Sales Development Representative - Membership Sales is responsible for connecting with potential members, generating leads, and converting prospects into service subscribers.

Responsibilities:

• Connecting with potential members to educate them on LegalShield and IDShield services
• Generating leads
• Building relationships with individuals and businesses
• Converting prospects into service subscribers
• Conducting outreach
• Presenting membership plans
• Maintaining close communication with potential and existing customers to ensure connection and satisfaction with services

Requirements:

• Expertise in Inside Sales and Sales practices, with a proven ability to meet or exceed targets
• Proficiency in Lead Generation and Business Development to identify opportunities and grow customer bases
• Strong Communication skills, both written and verbal, to engage potential clients and build rapport effectively
• Self-motivation, professionalism, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Previous experience in customer service, membership sales, or subscription-based services is a plus
