Resonaite is seeking a Director of Marketing and Digital Solutions to lead the strategy, delivery, and optimization of digital fundraising and supporter engagement platforms. The role involves overseeing digital platforms to support fundraising campaigns and managing the Digital Solutions team responsible for campaign execution and platform configuration.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the strategy, roadmap, and continuous improvement of digital fundraising and supporter engagement platforms
- Ensure digital platforms effectively support fundraising campaigns, donor acquisition, retention, and engagement initiatives
- Design and oversee digital donor journeys that support campaign objectives and supporter lifecycle management
- Enable fundraising teams to execute digital campaigns through scalable email programs, automated journeys, and digital engagement tools
- Translate fundraising campaign requirements into technical and operational solutions within digital platforms
- Oversee the operation and optimization of digital engagement platforms including email systems, donation forms, fundraising landing pages, and website integrations
- Ensure digital assets, forms, and campaigns function reliably and provide strong user experiences
- Establish quality assurance processes to test and validate emails, forms, and digital journeys prior to launch
- Monitor platform performance and troubleshoot issues affecting digital campaigns or supporter experiences
- Partner with the Fundraising Technology team to ensure digital platforms integrate effectively with CRM systems, donor data, segmentation strategies, and reporting tools
- Collaborate with fundraising and donor engagement teams to align digital initiatives with campaign and engagement strategies
- Manage relationships with external vendors supporting digital platforms, website development, and campaign delivery
- Lead and develop the Digital Solutions team responsible for digital campaign execution, platform configuration, and website updates
