Donnelley Financial Solutions is a values-driven organization that delivers innovative software and service solutions for financial reporting and capital markets transactions. They are seeking a Business Analyst for QTC Operations to translate business needs into technical requirements, manage the Quote-to-Cash lifecycle, and collaborate with various functional teams.
Responsibilities:
- Translate business needs into clear, documented technical requirements and manage them through the full Quote-to-Cash (QTC) lifecycle, including Configure-Price-Quote (CPQ), billing, and collections
- Act as the primary liaison between DFIN IT team, and critical functional teams (Deal Desk, Billing Operations, Business Finance, etc.)
- Develop and execute plans to ensure successful implementation of system updates and enhancements
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for system requirements to support understanding and compliance
- Manage testing and implementation plans for system updates, including product catalog releases, price changes, and other updates
- Maintain strong relationships with technical and business stakeholders
- Support internal and external audit requirements
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Analytics, Systems Engineering, or a minimum 3 years equivalent work experience
- Strong understanding of business processes and supporting systems
- Project Management Experience
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects to successful outcomes
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
- Strong organizational and prioritization abilities
- Experience with Zuora CPQ and Zuora Billing/Invoicing, or other enterprise CPQ and invoicing platforms
