They are seeking an Inbound Business Development Representative to connect with nonprofits, manage inbound leads, and schedule meetings for Account Executives, playing a critical role in revenue growth and customer experience.
Responsibilities:
- Follow up with inbound leads immediately
- Conduct qualifying conversations via phone or Zoom
- Understand their fundraising goals and challenges
- Schedule high-quality meetings for Account Executives
- Engage with inbound "hand raisers" quickly (often within minutes) to capitalize on interest and momentum
- Lead thoughtful discovery conversations to understand each nonprofit’s fundraising goals, timelines, and needs
- Determine fit and book well-qualified meetings for Account Executives to move opportunities forward
- Partner closely with Marketing to ensure seamless lead follow-up and feedback, helping refine messaging and campaigns
- Maintain consistent, diligent follow-up through phone, email, and Salesforce to ensure no opportunity slips through the cracks
