Product Manager

Blowology Dry Bar is an award-winning woman-owned business established in 2013, and they are seeking an experienced Product Manager to join their team. The Product Manager will work closely with internal and external teams to understand customer needs and develop products that meet those needs.

Responsibilities:

• Understand customer requirements, identify where their needs are not being met, and create products to fill those gaps
• Work with internal and external stakeholders to create buy-in
• Define and prioritize the product roadmap and product requirements
• Work closely with the engineering team to plan and implement products in a timely manner
• Coordinate with marketing, sales, engineering, and other teams to drive product launches and feature releases
• Act as company representative to build product awareness

Requirements:

• A bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field is preferred
• Previous experience as a Product Manager or in a similar role
• Proven track record of managing a successful product from inception to launch
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Ability to collaborate with a variety of stakeholders
• Strong technical background in software development
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Comfortable with presenting to large groups
• Experience with Jira, Confluence or other tracking software
