Business Analyst

Stash Talent Services is seeking a skilled Business Analyst to support their client’s team. The role involves analyzing business needs, documenting requirements, and supporting technology and process improvements to ensure solutions align with organizational goals.

Responsibilities:

• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements from stakeholders
• Translate business needs into user stories, process flows, and functional specifications
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, QA teams, and business stakeholders
• Support Agile project delivery , sprint planning, and backlog refinement activities
• Facilitate stakeholder meetings and workshops to clarify requirements and priorities
• Assist with User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and validation of delivered solutions
• Document business processes, workflows, and system functionality
• Track project progress and communicate updates, risks, and dependencies to stakeholders
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role
• Experience with requirements gathering, documentation, and stakeholder communication
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical teams
• Experience supporting software implementation or system enhancements
• Experience working with healthcare systems or healthcare-related environments
• Familiarity with Agile / Scrum methodologies
• Experience using Jira, Confluence, or similar requirement tracking tools
• Experience with process mapping, workflow analysis, and documentation tools
• Prior experience supporting cross-functional technology teams
