ServiceNow Project Manager

G2IT is seeking a Project Manager for a Contractor Owned, Contractor Operated ServiceNow ITSM, IRM,WSD HRSD platform and support center.  This position is remote with some initial support in O’Fallon IL.   

The ideal candidate will have:

• 10 years of demonstrated experience providing Enterprise level Information Technology (EIT) based Customer Service for applications that support mission objectives;
• Three (3) years of demonstrated experience with ServiceNow supporting IT Service Management;
• Three (3) years of demonstrated agile management expertise that configures ServiceNow workflows, and introduces and matures newly adopted ServiceNow modules including:
  • DevOps Change Velocity integrations for development tools (i.e., GitLab),
  • Information Technology Operations Management (ITOM) for real time health monitoring and firewall tracking,
  • Information Technology Asset Management (ITAM) for centralized tracking of assets to include Hardware and Software, and
  • Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) for project management, routing and tracking

Education and Industry Certifications:

STEM based Bachelor of Science degree preferred;

PMP Certification

Certified ServiceNow Administrator (CSA)

Certification supporting IAT Level II, REQUIRED

Active Secret Clearance, REQUIRED

Salary: $140k-$150k depending on experience
