Legere Pharmaceuticals and GlobalRx are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to support our Director of Marketing. This is a hands-on support role designed for a dynamic professional ready to execute marketing initiatives in a fast-paced environment. You will work directly under the Director's guidance to drive success across digital channels, content creation, campaign management, and event coordination. This position is integral to ensuring the smooth operation of our marketing department, bridging the gap between high-level strategy and daily execution.
Requirements
Responsibilities
Experience: 1-2 years of marketing experience, preferably within healthcare, pharmaceuticals, wellness, or other regulated industries.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
Technical Skills: Hands-on experience with HubSpot or similar marketing automation platforms is highly desired. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace is required.
Design Aptitude: Familiarity with design tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop) is a plus.
Organization: Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential for cross-functional collaboration.
Compliance Mindset: Understanding of, or a strong willingness to learn, FDA and regulatory compliance requirements.
Analytical Ability: Experience with analytics platforms (Google Analytics, social media insights) is preferred.
