We’re hiring a Product Designer for Foundations at Factorial (Barcelona/Madrid)
We’re looking for…
Not a feature designer.
Not a pixel pusher.
More like… the person who helps make sure our product actually is first-class.
This role goes beyond designing features, we’re looking for a Product Designer who wants to work on:
✨ Pushing quality standards and create scalable design processes
✨ Helping teams ship faster without lowering the quality bar
✨ Turning product needs into scalable UI components
✨ Making complex behaviors feel simple and intuitive
✨ Identifying and improving experience inconsistencies across the product
✨ Using AI tools to scale documentation and contribution processes
✨ Bridging the gap between design and code
You’ll work very closely with Product and Engineering to make sure that what gets designed can actually be built, and what gets built improves the experience for everyone.

What we’re looking for:
Strong visual design and UI skills (you set the bar)
High ownership, fast execution, low ego
Experience designing or contributing to design systems
Ability to govern and evolve a design system, including managing contributions and aligning multiple teams
Strong portfolio of shipped product work in complex environments
Ability to simplify complex systems into clean, scalable UX patterns
Comfortable operating at the intersection of design and engineering when working on a design system
Strong communicator and community builder who can align teams around shared design standards
Comfort working closely with engineers on implementation details
Willingness to leverage AI to reduce repetitive work
