Principal Product Designer

As a Principal Product Designer, you will lead the design process for Network Security within Strata Cloud Manager, crafting intuitive experiences and collaborating with senior leadership to shape product strategy.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver and drive a high-level UX vision, using advanced data visualization to translate complex network security data into intuitive dashboard experiences
• Champion executive reviews, using storytelling and influence to align senior stakeholders on the broader product vision
• Analyze customer problems and oversee the design of delightful solutions that meet measurable business goals
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into use cases, flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity interactive designs
• Lead the design culture by utilizing advanced Figma prototyping and animation to create "North Star" concepts that feel like live products
• Lead and collaborate with UX researchers on explorative and evaluative studies to enrich the product experience
• Contribute to a design system and maintain high-quality UX standards, ensuring dashboard consistency across all product areas
• Conduct product audits to ensure compliance with UX and Design System best practices
• Push limits and consistently aim for better design solutions that balance technical complexity with aesthetic simplicity
• Provide leadership, direction, and mentorship to the design team
