Inviting applications for the role of Business Analyst, Procurement, Supply Chain Management
Responsibilities
•    Assist in the procurement process including purchase requisitions, purchase orders, and vendor management.
•    Maintain accurate records of procurement transactions and update systems accordingly.
•    Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for timely delivery of goods and services.
•    Support in sourcing and comparing quotations from suppliers.
•    Ensure compliance with procurement policies and procedures.
•    Handle basic data entry, reporting, and documentation related to procurement activities.
•    Provide administrative support to the procurement team as needed.
Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications
•    Bachelor’s degree (Commerce, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field preferred).
•    Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
•    Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
•    Basic understanding of procurement or supply chain concepts (preferred, not mandatory).
•    Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
•    Basic understanding of procurement, purchasing, or supply chain concepts.
•    Knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Ariba, Coupa, or similar).
•    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
•    Time management and ability to work under deadlines.
•    Team player with adaptability to learn new tools and processes.
