Principal Contracts, Process Plant Subcontractors

Wood is currently seeking a Principal Contracts, Process Plant Subcontractors to support our projects business. The role involves contributing to the development of a new gold mine and processing facility at a remote site in Saudi Arabia.

The successful candidate will Leads contract management activities for process plant subcontractors, ensuring effective administration, cost control, and risk mitigation.

• Manage all subcontracts for processing plant construction.

• Review contractor deliverables, invoices, and change orders.

• Monitor performance against scope, schedule, and commercial terms.

• Ensure compliance with project HSE and quality standards.

Expected:

• 10 years of experience in subcontract management on process or mining projects.

• Familiarity with construction interfaces and EPCM frameworks.

• Excellent understanding of contract law and negotiation.
