Role Overview
- Responsible for the implementation of the overall marketing strategy for both the UK and USA market units.
- Work collaboratively across business lines and as a member of both the UK and US senior management teams.
- Responsible for the day-to-day management of four direct reports (3 UK and 1 USA).
- Overseeing all market unit marketing, advertising, publications and events.
Requirements
- Experience leading marketing teams in a multichannel, matrixed organisation.
- Previous experience working in the consulting industry or similar service focused industry.
- Flexibility around working hours as required by the role.
- Full driver's licence and access to a vehicle
- Curious, looking to challenge the status quo and improve
- Collaborates well with both internal and external colleagues
