Inviting applications for the role of Associate, Sales Administrator Operations!
In this role, you will be responsible to demonstrate innovation and intuition in identifying areas requiring operational adaptation and/or improvement of existing processes in sales industry.

Responsibilities
•    Process and manage sales orders, invoices, and sales records accurately and on time. 
•    Maintain and update customer records in CRM systems
•    Coordinate with different service teams to ensure timely delivery.
•    Respond to client inquiries and resolve order-related issues promptly.
•    Support the sales team in preparing data and ensuring compliance with company policies.
•    Ensure adherence to data privacy and confidentiality standards in all customer interactions
Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications
•    Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
•    Good years of working experience
•    Desired prior experience in sales support
•    Excellent Communication Skills
•    Problem Solving Skills and an eye for detail

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
•    Effective probing skills and analyzing / understanding skills
•    Must be able to work on a flexible schedule
•    Ability to work under high pressure environment
•    MS Office - Basic (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
