HADID Americas is seeking an experienced and commercially driven Business Development Manager to support the company’s sales and business development initiatives and strengthen its position as a market leader in flight support operations facilitation. This role involves driving sales activities, identifying new market opportunities, and building strategic client relationships across the East Coast and Canada.
Responsibilities:
- Drive sales and business development activities across the assigned territory
- Identify new market opportunities and support strategic business growth
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and industry stakeholders
- Promote HADID’s flight support solutions and service capabilities
- Conduct market analysis and monitor competitor activity
- Execute dynamic sales strategies to expand market presence
- Manage the sales cycle from lead generation to closing
- Ensure alignment with aviation industry standards and company requirements
- Contribute to revenue growth and regional commercial expansion
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Aviation Management, Marketing, or a related field
- 5–7 years of experience in business development or sales within the aviation or flight support industry
- Must have direct flight support sales experience
- Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills
- U.S.-based, preferably from the East Coast
- Ability to work remotely and cover the East Region and Canada effectively
- Strong English communication skills
