Clean Power Staffing is focused on utility-scale solar projects, and they are seeking an Assistant Project Manager to support the Project Manager in daily operations. The role involves coordinating with various teams, managing project documentation, tracking progress, and ensuring safety compliance.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Project Manager with day-to-day management of utility-scale solar construction projects
- Support project scheduling and track construction progress against the project timeline
- Coordinate with field teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution
- Maintain and track project documentation including RFIs, submittals, change orders, meeting minutes, and daily reports
- Assist with project cost tracking, budget updates, and change management
- Monitor subcontractor performance and ensure compliance with contract requirements and project specifications
- Support procurement coordination and track material deliveries to site
- Assist in preparing project status reports and progress updates for internal leadership and clients
- Coordinate inspections, testing, and commissioning activities with engineering and quality teams
- Help manage punch lists, turnover documentation, and project closeout requirements
- Ensure all activities are conducted in accordance with company safety policies and site safety plans
- Maintain strong communication between field operations and project management teams
Requirements:
- MUST HAVE UTILITY SCALE SOLAR EXPERIENCE
- MUST BE ELIGIBLE TO WORK IN US
- MUST BE WILLING TO BE ON THE ROAD
